Ashok Leyland July sales up 11.3 pc
NEW DELHI: Hinduja Group flagship company Ashok Leyland on Tuesady reported a total sales of 6202 units in July 2008, an increase of 11.2 per cent as compared to the corresponding period last year.

The company has reported a sale of 5574 units in July 2007, Ashok Leyland said in a statement.

The company's domestic sales for the month of July in the current year stood at 5502 units against 5034 units in the same month last year.

During the month, company's export also rose to 29.6 per cent at 700 units as compared with 540 units in the corresponding month last year.
